Our Story

Tadashie was born out of a passion for excellence and continuous improvement in the design and implementation of programs, specifically those that relate to Compliance and Supply chain. The pandemic was and continues to be a huge global crisis that has brought unprecedented challenges including those that relate to their supply chains upon businesses.
Businesses form part of the pillars of growth for all nations, whether these are developed, developing or underdeveloped, however the presence of coronavirus has made the operational environment hostile, where demand for products and services has fallen to the extent that it has made survival difficult for some and has wiped out millions of dollars in profit for others.
Simultaneously, challenges in relation to ethics and compliance have increased manifold as business look to cut costs and improve efficiency, sometimes unknowingly risking their operations to regulatory violations that could prove very costly for a business and may have an impact to the extent where survival of a business becomes questionable.

A supply chain and compliance professional with more than 24 years of experience managing large and complex supply chain networks and involved in ethical and compliance aspects of supply chain, a relatively new and upcoming risk area for the regulators and businesses. With the knowledge of implementing fit for purpose SaaS solutions to manage the risk of third parties, he brings his expertise to advise businesses on how to utilize our bespoke systems to meet their needs and risk profiles. He personifies the company’s vision in enhancing transparency and ethical practices utilising strategic partnership, adequate validations, and advocates process automation that can serve as a competitive advantage for businesses to sustain and grow.

Shaibi Shamsudeen

Over 15 years of experience in Compliance and Quality Assurance specializing in engineering and supply chain processes, Shaibi brings expertise in business re-engineering and has successfully implemented over a score of company-wide process design and automation projects for reputed large size companies. She has managed the third party risk from a compliance perspective for global multinational corporations and can advise on effective functional integration. Shaibi heads up the product development of Tadashie Global Platform, our proprietary solution for risk management and delivery mechanism for Tadashie services. She is also responsible for the Compliance operations and delivery.
